CHAMPAIGN COUNTY ENGINEER PROJECT
Restoration and retrofit of an existing building with a 20-by-14-foot overhead door, replacing a 10-by-10 door, to accommodate equipment storage.
CHAMPAIGN TRANSIT SYSTEM
A 66-by-100-foot Lester Buildings wood frame structure with overhead doors for 13 bays – including one wash bay and 12 bays for transit vans. Features the Eclipse Roof, Lester’s economical, weathertight alternative to a standard standing seam roof.
CLINTON TOWNSHIP FIRE, POLICE AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
Part of a new 30,000-square-foot complex to serve the Clinton Township Police Department, Fire Department and township administrative offices. The project also includes a 6,500-square-foot building for road services. The new Lester wood frame structures replace township buildings constructed in the 1940s, ‘50s and ‘60s.
FAIRFIELD UNION SCHOOLS BUS GARAGE
Featuring an Eclipse Roof by Lester Buildings, this building has four bays – a wash bay and three bays for bus maintenance.
GRIMES FIELD | URBANA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
A retrofit of Grimes Field’s pre-World War II hangar with two 51-by-12-foot hydraulic free-standing doors — one on each end of the hangar – that put no load on the building.
MELVIN MILLER PARK
Men’s and women’s restroom building constructed near ball diamonds at the City of Urbana’s Melvin Miller Park.
TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT STORAGE BUILDING
A six-bay transportation department building used for equipment storage and maintenance. A Lester wood frame building that features an Eclipse roof by Lester.
MARYSVILLE K9 BUILDING
The Marysville K9 building for Thomas & Marker is a 3 building complex being installed for the State of Ohio. It will be managed by Brett Spriggs.
